GVA acts as advisor, under its Conseiller en Investissements Financier (“ CIF ”) status obtained with AMF (ORIAS 22005838) and overlooked by the CNCEF professional association.

Customer Complaints Handling Procedure
GVA has implemented and maintains an operational procedure in order to quickly and efficiently process complaints made by its clients. Any complaint may be referred to GVA, 2 rue Alfred de Vigny, 75008 Paris, France or by e-mail: clamolinerie@finsj.com
The management company will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within a maximum of ten working days from the date it was received, unless a response has been issued to the client in the intervening period. Except in duly justified exceptional circumstances, a response will be issued to the client within two months of receipt of the complaint.

All requests must be accompanied by a copy of a valid signed identity document and specify the address where GVA can contact you. A response will be provided within one month from the date of receipt of the request. This period may be extended by two additional months in cases of complex requests or high request volume.
Additionally, you have the right to file a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) if you believe your rights are not sufficiently respected. However, we encourage you to contact us first before filing a complaint with CNIL, so that we can work together to find an amicable resolution to your request.
